چکیده
Pesticides are usually used in agriculture practice for field and post-harvest protection, whereas their prolonged persistence the environment may lead to high toxicity humans animals. Therefore, aim of this study was investigate detection different pesticide residues agricultural soil samples collected from four Egyptian governorates. A total forty were during period April June 2020. Samples extracted using a QuEChERS method analyzed gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Data revealed that Damietta governorate highly contaminated (80.00%) by residues, followed Fayoum (40.00%), Menia (36.36%), Alexandria (10.00%) The detected belonged following chemical groups; triazole (21.43%), organophosphate, neonicotinoid, pyrethroid (10.71%), others. Among insecticides malathion, acetamiprid, methomyl at concentrations 10.315, 0.725, 0.395 mg/kg respectively. fungicide carbendazim also concentration 18.303 mg/kg. Meanwhile, governorate, no fungicides samples. herbicide, oxyfluorfen pendimethalin thiobencarb governorate. herbicides not both This shed light on presence Egypt, which affect products grown soil.

Pectinase Activity of some Micromycetes Isolated from Agricultural Soils
Pectinases have multiple nature and various forms which are necessary for the hydrolysis of pectin in several conventional industrial and natural processes. In this investigation fourteen fungal strains which isolated from agricultural soils ,were screened for pectinase activity. Pectinase activity were measured in vitro by assaying released reducing sugar from pectin as sole carbon source. Asp...
متن کاملAgricultural soils, pesticides and microbial diversity.
Pesticide effects on microbial community structure and activity in soil are reviewed, showing that methodological developments within the past few years have generated new possibilities for assessing pesticide effects. The first example is the use of mRNA quantification showing that nitrification processes are indeed very susceptible to some pesticides, and that there is correlation between the...
متن کاملProduction of Curdlan by some Bacteria Isolated from Egyptian Soils
Thirty two curdlan producing bacterial isolates were obtained from eight different Governorates in Arab Republic of Egypt. Four isolates namely K10, K17, K20 and K74 were selected as highly efficient of curdlan production. The effect of some nutritional and environmental factors on curdlan production by those selected isolates was investigated using shake flask as a batch culture. The optimum c...
متن کاملIdentification of various Biomphalaria alexandrina strains collected from five Egyptian governorates using RAPD and species-specific PCR techniques
The first generation of Biomphalaria snails collected from five Egyptian governorates (Giza, Fayoum, Kafr El-Sheikh, Ismailia and Damietta) were subjected to species-specific PCR assays and the results showed that snails collected from the field were B. alexandrina, and there was no evidence for the presence of B. glabrata. The snails were subjected also to RAPD-PCR technique. The results showe...
